Install drivers for your specified vaio. you can always download web cam drivers free from the vioa website or just search online for specific drivers of your vaio ie "Webcam drivers for Vaio desktop - vgc-Is25e" search for something like that hopefully they are available for download free of charge. Or If you have the drivers Cd/DVD use it and install the necessary drivers for your webcam.

and the webcam driver must be dowload by

You need to go to google, search up your webcam, and add driver download after it.
