The time should be done on automatic by pressing WAVE.
To set manually:
Press the [SET] Button for more than 2 sec. The Year will pop up set to correct year then press SET again to set date/mth, keep holding till it get to right month n date (the month and date does not set separately). Press SET again and set TIME then press SET again for your choice of 12hr or 24hr.
Cannot find the exact manual, but if one looks on the following site one can find the manual for a newer version of the same clock, in this case QHR024 (has less buttons) but should help,http://www.seikoclocks.fr/notices-utilis... , it is a French site but the manual is also in English. Vive la France!

What buttons does it have and what are you trying to do? It's only a clock, it shouldn't be hard to figure out for you if you can answer that.
I have this clock and it IS hard to figure out. Don't think they asked for instructions, they asked for a manual which I promise they would get much use from given time and patience and ability to interpret what it means. I couldn't locate a decent copy of it for you but there is a review on Amazon.com that I found useful and will share here.
1. Press and hold the "Wave/Set" button (the large button on the back) until it beeps and displays the year. Use the up/down to set the year.
2. Press the Wave/Set button. It will flash the date. Use the Up/Down buttons to change the date.
3. Press the Wave/Set button. It will flash the month/date labels. Use the Up/Down buttons to change the display format of the date.
4. Press the Wave/Set button. It will flash the time. Use the Up/Down buttons to change the time.
5. Press the Wave/Set button. You should see a sun icon and either ON or OFF. It will flash either ON (DST is ON) or OFF (DST is OFF).
Important: Use the Down button to switch DST on or off.
Use the Up button to change the USA time zone (tiny letter to the right of the big ON/OFF). It cycles through E (East), C (Central), P (Pacific), M (Mountain), AK (Alaska) and HI (Hawaii??)
6. Press the Wave/Set button. It will flash the language. Use the Up/Down buttons to change the language.
7. Press the Wave/Set button. It will flash the 12H/24H. Use the Up/Down buttons to change the format of the time (12 hour or 24 hour).
8. Press the Wave/Set button to finish
Much thanks to Amazon reviewer Divya Mahajan for these easy to read and grasp directions! Without them I'd never have figured out how to turn off DST, or set it for Pacific time, or get my date format switched! Before judging my intelligence, keep in mind I used to set all clocks locked in cases in a fine jewelry department at a major department store, Seiko included... but this particular model is a PITA to set.
