Elements work but both ovens and clock face are off

Reset breaker or unplug and restart stove. Open back of stove to clock face and make sure the harnesses are tightly fitted to clock board. You could even remove and reinstall the harnesses to the clock board.
If able, check for 120v to clock. If clock is getting power but not lighting up, replace clock.
You did not say whether the clock controls the oven; ie. oven does not work when clock is off. if so, replace clock. If not, ignore it unless you want to know the time from that clock.
