Sounds like an air lock, if its a mixer tap put the palm of you hand over the tap, turn on the cold tap while sealing with your hand then open the hot and wait ten seconds then remove hand seaking tap

you could eather get someone to hold your horn button on while you tap it with somthing hard something like a spanner and nine times out of ten it should start working they tend to sieze if that dnt work just replace it simple fix

with the one i have, i have to take the battery out leave it for ten minutes and try again- if that doesnt work do it again -

get someone to phone you - try and tap the settings.

If this doesnt work - try the above again -

after 3 /4 times you will be able to get into settings and realign......

Did you restore the phone and set up as new? or did you restore from a back up?
