Deleted my voicemail key

I accidently deleted my voicemail feature key. I did this by selecting Superkey then select personal keys, selected yes then selected key (voicemail key) and hit clear? I need to restore that key, so that I will have access to voicemail. HELP!!!!!

One of the easiest ways to check the voicemail numbering plan - is get another user to dial their voicemail, it will display for example: 1901 or 1908 etc... therefore, the hunt group for the voicemail could possibly be 1900.

Try dialing 1900 from a set and see if it goes to the voicemail.

As Leftypicker stated, the Mitel is very versatile system, and can be programmed 101 different ways so we cannot give you exact instructions how to get back into the voicemail.

Use the super key again to program a speed dial key that dials the voicemails number. Instead of selecting 'clear' slect "change" and type in the number. To find the number of the voicemail, go to another phone and press their voicemail key and watch the display. It may briefly display the voicemial group number. You also can dial the voicemail number without the use of a button on your phone. But, you have to know the voicemail group number to dail it. Sorry i dont know the number to tell you, it could be anything that the installer decided to make it.

Fogot my passcode

Hi Rondal,

You can restore the default factory settings for your device by pressing the left soft key for Menu and then selecting Settings > Phone > Security. Enter your Phone Only Security Code (default is the last four digits of your phone number) and select Reset Settings. Read the information displayed and scroll down to select Yes and press the OK key. Using the Reset Settings feature will not delete your personal information; it will restore only settings like default ringtone, keypad tones, and display settings.
