Nokia 6300 on off switch problem

My nokia 6300 on off switch doesn't work ever since it fell off my hand.
Every time the phones batteries are depleted, it is very hard to turn the phone on again. I have to wait for the set alarm time to turn the phone on again.
Is there an alternate way or combination of keys to turn the phone on again?
Please help!

The switch button is or maybe broken
the best way is to send it right away to the nearest service center

It could be that battery is dead. Try plunging to charger for couple of minutes and turn on while plugin. If this does not work, bring it to a service center or get a new phone

Each time I switch on my Nokia 6300 the date and

check battery contacts on phone. I have same situation and fixed the problem with fixing the midle contact (bsi line) on phone.
