Is it possible to unlock a 5310 xpressmusic thats currently locked to the uk orange network ? all i can seem to find is info for the vodafone and t-mobile carriers

your phone is locked to only one particular network, meaning its hard-locked. no matter what number you entered, still the same problem. My advice you must go to phone technician to unlock it using pc connected to your phone. Thanks
