What does a E1 mean? pops up every time I start my workout.

E1 (ERROR 1): Normal state: During workout, if the monitor does not get signal from the adjustment motor more than 4 seconds and check under successive 3 times then the LCD will show E1. Power on state: The adjustment motor will return to zero automatically, when the signal of motor cannot be detected for more than 4 seconds then the adjustment motor's driver will be cut off immediately and show the E1 on the LCD display. All the other digital and function mark are blank, and the output signals are cut off also.

Clean connectors, check wiring, replace sensor would be the fixes.

Hi. Hoping someone can help. I have a BH fitness pioneer classic model G6442C. It switches on fine but belt wont start turning and after few seconds “E1” error pops up. I have opened the box and tested and no power gets sent to the motor when you press start. “LED2” flashes once belt wont start. Any ideas anyone?

Error E1 F5 means that the control has detected a problem with door latch switch. Switch off the power and unplug it from the mains. Check after 5-6 minutes whether the error has disappeared. If the error is still there then once again start the self clean cycle. Press the self-clean button to start the cycle. The panel becomes blank (---), then press the up arrow (^). The panel will appear 3:00 (indication for the duration of self-cleaning). The oven will lock on its own and start the self-cleaning. After self cleaning is done wait for 15-20 minutes and open the door. Try moving the latch manually to unlock it. hope this helps...

if its popping out the intake or exhaust,then possibly you have sheared a flywheel key and its out of time,you need to remove the flywheel cover and look to see if this is what happened
