I can't read Spanish either, so here is what I would do: go to translate.google.com and type in the full URL of facebook and tell it to translate to English. Then you can find how to change facebook's default.
Go all the way to the bottom of the main page. At the bottom left, it should say Spanish. Click on this, and a box of languages should pop up. Select English and you'll be good to go!
At the bottom of the Facebook login page you can select your laguage; scroll down if you can't see. Once you log-in make sure you set your language of preference to English.
Press; Home button, Menu button, and (Configuracion) (on lower right). (Idioma & del teclado). Select the sub menu (Seleccionar paris) and choose English.
All you have to do is start your menu from the begining, in timing advance to the language menu(if possible refer timing with the manual) scroll down and select- Anglais, press ok, there you are.
