I don't know the model you have, but here is a link to Tefal's website where you can select your model for user's manual download. I'm sure there is customer service contact information to obtain a new tray for your unit.

Make a plu saying fried or poached for example, pgm 2, plu etc...Then make up a pulldown menu under pgm 3, and enter the fried or poached plu into that. Now under the plu Egg , in pgm 3, 3rd option down press yes use the first list link line to add the fried or poached.
