I need a CABLE CLUTCH for an AKAI EWI 4000s electronic wind instrument. It is the small clear plastic clip that snsps onto the bottom of the instrument to support the MIDI and AUDIO cable, so they don't get pulled out of the instrument. Are you shure that you aren't touching the bend up plate with your right thumb? This isn't easy detected by sax players which are used to have a thumb rest at exactly the same spot where the bend up plate is. You might switch it off (see manual). With the bend up plate on you should aways use a tight strap which helps a bit to not touch the bend up plate accidentally. I'm still struggling with this occasionally.

I think it is a compatibility issue of th program ...with the new operation system that were developed in the past 2 years..try to get on the program's site ..and see what they have in matter of updates and about the compatibility with the operation system you use.. If there is non ...than if you know it worked on windows XP...just scarify a partition and install windows xp on it ..and go for a dual boot ..when ever you need to use it ..boot into xp...and in rest use the computer normally
