OR
FORMATTING PHONE Formatting a phone is the same as flashing a phone to remove VIRUS infections on phones.
You can use this link to flash the phone and remove any VIRUS infection on the phone. Read and learn more about flashing and how to flash a phone on this link.
Your phone memory might be full. Clear/Move files from your phone memory. Sometimes, your phone might be infected by viruses that eats up memory. Perform a virus cleanup. OR you can master reset your phone an and make sure memory card is clean from viruses too.
the virus coders just can't leave anything unscrewed up, can they!!? the virus could have been an 'undocumented' feature on your card, when you obtained it- such as some digital picture frames had. otherwise, it may be very difficult or impossible to clear it. unless there's some really important data on your card- trash it!! try contacting your cell phone provider, or service provider- on the net, or land-line phone, and see if they have an 'anti-virus' service that will 'kill' the virus! don't really have the knowledge- beyond laptops & pcs- but logic works, sometimes!! good luck!!
you may be able to get an anti-viurs program for your phone. Look at pandasecurity.com but you would have to reflash the phone to completely clear it if you don;t have an application to devirus it.
there is not anti virus for that peticular phone that i have seen....i have the V3i too, so i know what you mean....you are correct in thinking, however that it can get a virus, but only if the virus is aimed to attack your phone...if you DO get a virus, the only way to get rid of it is to do a master clear.......do that by goign to menu, settings, initial set up and then master clear....
