Save the game first then plant the magic seeds check the farm map if there is a red flower in the map you just have to wait if none try restarting the game and planting again

This happens when there is a problem with the internal battery of the cartridge. GBA cartriges have small batteries that enable them to save games. You probably might need to have the store where you purchased the game to replace it with a new cartridge.
I'm sorry but it is impossible to retrieve lost game info on Harvest Moon Friends Of Mineral Town. It has a programming error and it dosn't always save when you tell it to which is why to prevent that happening in the future save your game several times.

When you get a person's heart level to red then the blue feather will be available.
The game never really ends,so there's no need to rush to get married.
Make sure to give the person you like lots of things that they like to boost their heart level quickly.
