Just enter wrong password 10 times and phone will be wiped and delete password . remember after 6 and 9 try it will ask to enter blackberry , then just type blackberry and enter again. NOTE : these will delete all your data from phone .

I can't get my BackBerry Pearl to turn on. The green light is on, and bright, but that is it. I've tried taking the battery out. Still can't get the phone to turn on.

Did your phone receive any water damage if so then the batter is ruined and you will need another one.

Locked out of my blackberry curve 8520 smartphone

If you are locked out you can enter the wrong password several times and the phone will restore to factory settings. The downside to this is you lose everything unless you used the backberry server and saved!

BB BOld not conecting to my desktop

Uinstall Backberry desktop.

Remove the battery from the phone and reboot

Re-install Bkackberry desktop and try again.
