Nutool digital safe: We have lost the plastic piece from the safe door that has the metal connector bit on for the batteries for a SF10 safe. Any ideas where to buy a replacement please

Open the safe door and press the s key press the I key twice then press the red button on the inside of door near the hinges. you will hear 2 long beeps. press the s key and then the red button and you will hear a beep enter your combination up to 12 numbers then press the E key your combination is now set. I used my wife's hairdryer and heated the outside for a few minutes so that the heat could get to the batteries. Left it for a few minutes and tried to open it once again and Bingo.. it opened..

Yes. That seven digit number is the key code. A locksmith who is well stocked should be able to cut new ones from just the number.

Otherwise write to the manufacturer of the safe or the lock and provide the number and they should send the new keys.
