My htc wildfire is froze on the unlock screen , things load up in my status bar , but i cant slide my " unlock bar " neither up or down to unlock it .... i need advice! pleeeease help me :(

You can try a hard reset, but that method will reset the phone to factory settings and will delete all data on the phone so if you proceed with this method backup all data if possible and remove the sim card and any external memory cards.

1. Remove the battery, wait for a few seconds, then reinsert the battery.
2. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button.
3. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button.
4. Press VOLUME DOWN to select FACTORY RESET, and then press the POWER button.

Please note that all data will be deleted from the HTC Inspire 4G as a result of this procedure. This process may or may not delete data stored on the microSD card. We recommend backing up all of your personal data before proceeding.

First, try this:

  1. From the main home screen, tap menu
  2. Tap Settings, then Privacy
  3. Tap Factory data reset
  4. Tap Reset phone
  5. Enter your password if required, then tap Erase everything to confirm

If that doesn't work, or if your phone is frozen:

  1. Turn the power off. If your HTC Inspire 4G is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
  2. Hold the Volume Down button
  3. Press and hold the Power button until the device turns on
  4. You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
  5. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
  6. Press and release the Power button
  7. Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO

All data including third-party applications will be deleted from the HTC Inspire 4G. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.

I cannot unlock my HTC wildfire s with gmail account info after too many pattern attempts. What do I do?
I had the same problem with my HTC Wildfire. I tried numerous times with the password and username I knew was right, but it wouldn't work. You have to press and hold the screen-on/off-button on the upper right corner of the wildfire, like you would do to shut it down. Turn on mobile network. As soon as it has connected, it can conntact google and realize it is indeed the right password and username.

Just brought a HTC wildfire and I cant find bluetooth to turn it on .

Important:
  • For you to listen to music with your headset or car kit, the headset or car kit must support the A2DP Bluetooth profile.
  • Before you connect your headset, you need to make it discoverable so HTC Wildfire S can find it. You can find out how to do this by referring to your headset manual.
  1. From the Home screen, press howtoimage.aspx?id=106492, and then tap Settings > Wireless & networks.
  2. Tap Bluetooth settings.
  3. If the Bluetooth check box is not selected, select it to turn Bluetooth on.
  4. Make sure that the headset is discoverable.
  5. Tap Scan for devices. HTC Wildfire S will start to scan for Bluetooth devices within range.
  6. When you see the name of your headset displayed in the Bluetooth devices section, tap the name. HTC Wildfire S then automatically tries to pair with the headset.
  7. If automatic pairing fails, enter the passcode supplied with your headset.
The pairing and connection status is displayed below the hands-free headset or car kit name in the Bluetooth devices section.
