Try resetting by:
turn off dishwasher
trip circuit breaker to remove all power to unit
wait 30 seconds
restore power
start dishwasher
the drain pump should start and drain all water then start a cycle. Good luck
Make sure that power is reaching the control panel of your machine. Many people are offended when I tell them to check the fuse or circuit breaker to make 100% sure that the machine is receiving power.
If it is receiving power and not switching on, you will have to have the main control PC Board checked, out as this controls the entire machine. This is rather left to experienced persons.
Looks like the pump motor is drawing lot of current and tripping the circuit breaker. Need to check if there is any water inside it. Or simply the capacitor is leaky and causes motor to draw current.
sounds like the door latch is broken, turn off power to unit and remove in side of door, about 20 screws, at th etop of th edoor you will see the latch it will have several wires going to it, you may even find broken parts (PLASTIC ) you can order parts from here http://www.appliancepartspros.com/ they have very fast shipping you just need all the info on the machine
I believe that your error code is "IE". If so,its relates to water input problem
Check first the filters on the inlet water line (both sides).
Then, if problem still exist - check that the inlet water valve works(it is an electromagnet valve, located at the pipe's entrance to the machine)).
If it doesn't work, test that it get power. In case it get power and doesn't work - You should replace it. Be aware you should disconnect the power cable from machine before doing it !!!!
Good luck
