If you haven't already, check the spark plug. Might be carboned up.

Try your spare key.It could be that the primary key you have been using needs to be reprogrammed,which can be done by contacting a dealer.Turn the key to the "On" position in order to reset the pass lock system.Wait for fifteen minutes with the key in the "On" position.If the security light disappears, turn the key to the "Accessories" position and wait for a couple of seconds.Turn the key to the "Off" position and take it out from the lock cylinder. then you need to open the gear box and find out why if it has a forward and reverse the the shifting linkage it could be stuck in one gear and adding the other will lock it up as well

6. Attempt to start the engine. If the engine stalls, wait another 10 minutes with the key on.
7. After the second 10 minute timer has expired, turn the key off for 10 seconds.
8. Attempt to start the engine. If the engine stalls, wait another 10 minutes with the key on.
9. After the 3rd 10 minute timer has expired, shut the key off for 10 seconds.
10. The security system will relearn on the 4th starting attempt and the engine should start and run.

If this doesnt work, you may have a failure in your system. If the security light is on, and the reprogram doesnt work, you might want to look into bypassing that antitheft system.
