    Admin is the user and password for the NIC. AEGIS is the actual password. For mor info contact me at [email protected]. Do not contact Power & systems Innovations. I do not work with them

The UPS password for the time settings is L1
You can also try SUP to change some other settings.

Need to locate someone to install batteries into our UPS Powerware 2000. Location, Tempe, AZ (Phoenix, AZ)
Try contacting Eaton. They bought Powerware about 6 years ago and the personnel are trained on older Powerware systems. If you have the part number and serial number from the rating label on the UPS, that would be helpful.

Replacement batteries were installed but were not Powerware brand. The brand put in is DataSafe P/N of Powerware is PWHR12120W3FR and I need the cross reference to the DataSafe type.
I don't know the exact cross reference number for you but Eaton tech support should be able to help you. Eaton bought Powerware 6 years ago but retained their service support personnel.
