#1 do you get anything on the screen (menu or volume adj. input info)... If you do not, most likey you have a vertical deflection problem, on older tv's a white horizontal line in the center of the pix tube, the newer tvs blank out the line so it does burn into the tube.

Unless you paid for world wide warranty, the TV is only under warranty in Kuwait.

My screen is blue and it wont let me see anything

Hello
Your TV is not getting any signal at all to process, or the tuner inside your TV is faulty. Blue back screen comes, when there is no signal to any of its input or faulty tuner. Just connect the tV with any other video source, like VCR or DVD , connected to its AV terminals and set the tV to take input AV, and check whether picutre comes in or not. If picture comes with AV connection, make sure that your tVs tuner is faulty and should be replaced. If no picutre comes with AV connections too, the Chroma Ic insie your TV is faulty, and should be replaced. OK.

Tv goes on then right away a blueline across the center then goes black the power light starts blinking and stays black

It is an indication of faulty on the vertical section. Nowadays tv will automatically shuts off if you have a problem on the vertical output I.C. to protect your tube for burning the phuspor right on the middle of the screen which will affect on the picture later on.
I've adviced you to look for a qualified technician to isolate and replaced the faulty parts and do resoldering for some dry joints because sometimes dry joints damaged the parts.
Thanks for using fixya...
