You cannot retrieve your Facebook password using an unregistered email address. The only way it can be reset is by using either the email address you used when you created the Facebook account or by answering security questions such as your mothers maiden name etc.

You need to know the email address used for each account. They would usually be different for each one.

You could try this, go to the login page here:,

just under where you input your password you can click on "forgotten password". This takes you to a page where it says "find my account" where you can enter "Email, Phone, Username or Full Name". (Probably not Phone in your case !!) Try entering one of these (My email gave the best result for me) and follow through the instructions to reset your password so that you can access your account.

You can't delete a Facebook account, only deactivate. Try to log-in to your account or retrieve your password. You will receive a link on your email on how to reset/resolve it.

To open your previous account you simply log in with the details you used when you left it.
This will automatically activate your account again :)
