We recently moved to a new building. Our Konica Minolta Bizhub 250 is able to make copies but not able to pick up print jobs sent from the computer. How do i solve this???
Call Konica support and they can guide you through the process. Depends to some extent on your network connection, i.e. ethernet or usb.
Using the keypad on the printer, you will have to establish an ip address on the printer so the computer can find it and the printer can find the computer. There are several ways to set it up, however.
This is also outlined in the cd-rom users guide.
But once you have your network connected and the computer network is set up for print and file sharing, get a Bizhub support tech on the line and he'll walk you through it in 5 minutes.

i'm going to assume that this printer is attached to a router ( through wiring or wirelessly) instead of directly to a computer. The simplest solution is to look and see that it has the same IP address as it did before, make sure the router has a static IP address and that it is assigned to that printer, after that it should be responding fine
