Problem with the Fuji FinePix A330 Digital Camera
I have a Fuji FinePix A330 camera and when I try to take a picture in the light, daylight or lamp light, lines appear through the picture. Sometimes fine lines but other times like a burst of light. This just started happening recently. But when I take a picture in the dark with the flash the photo turns out fine. Any answer as to what caused this? Thanks

Try the video. Is it ok?
Adjust the zoom so the internal lens is up close to the outside lens. Now, look into the lens at an angle so you can see into the lens without reflection. With the flash "off" so as not to blind you take a picture and watch the shutter close over the lens. Did it cover the lens? If not then something is obstructing it or there is an electrical failure with the electro magnetic switch operating the shutter.
Try hard resetting once!!! Switch off ur camera ,
remove the batteries and press the power button for few seconds. then
put the batteries back and try powering on!!
usually, when in the "picture taking mode" you can click on a menu button and then choose the color. on other cameras, you actually set the camera AFTER you take the picture, so while you're viewing the picture, click on the menu button and try finding it in there.
Are you using alkaline batteries? The symptoms you're describing suggest that you are. Alkaline batteries just don't have the power for more than a few pics in a digital camera. Digital cameras for the most part should only be used with rechargeable NiMH batteries. Walmart sells these for around $7 for a package of four (about $15-19 for the batteries with charger). Keep in mind they'll save you big bucks in the long run over alkalines, AND they'll last for at least 100 pictures per charge (and probably many many more). You'll be very pleased with their performance, and slap yourself in the head for not buying them sooner. When at the store, look on the package for a power rating of at least 2500 mah.
try re-formatting the card in the camera. Turn the power on. Wait for the green light. Go to menu/set-up/format and say "yes" to format option. That's the usual fix.
