Erofflps.txt is not so much usable file, Next time when you will get this message, do not close this message, just open the task manager and see the process after that disable it from the startup (by typing the command msconfig in run box)

if running XP sure it is , all are.
if running VISTA, avoid that.
the answer is
reload the OS. (back up data first)
or scan OS for virus and run malwarebytes free.
or delete this text file it is useless.
