Hi, My washing machine is going through the full wash cycle and then freezing on the spin cycle. This means it's not draining. What can I do to fix it? Should I check the pipes arn't blocked? Is there anything I can do to drain it manually (the waters starting to smell)? Cheers Matt
Drain pump filter may be blocked.
Had the same problem. Machine would freeze on drain / spin cycle.
Filter had caught 4 coins but a hair clasp had got past the filter.
When all coins and clasp removed machine all back and working.
Very easy job. Remember to use the flexi pipe to empty the water first before undoing drain plug or you will get a very wet floor.
