Only one half of page prints.

My suggestion would be to totally un-install the printer and erase all traces of the driver(s). Search for them after the un-intall and erase them manually.

Re-install the printer and driver...reboot if nessasary...align the print heads...do a test pattern...then try and print your document. It might just be a corrupted driver...some would suggest just installing over the existing driver...but I've found doing it that way gives you the best chance of it working the first time.

Check the paper guide at the top of the printer. If the right hand guide is out then the printer may not recognise the paper size correctly.
