Pls help i have my problem my hp photosmart d5160 the exclamatory sign light and the powert light are always blinking, i try to print but the screen of printer appear there is a error message 0, 03, 31, if, f4, 4d, dd and d6 how can i solve this... thanks
I have the exact same printer. Struggled for hours with it, until I learned it's ways. If you have good cartridges in and purge your print buffer from your computer, then 'gently but firmly' slam the top cover.
I don't see sensors, etc that detect it being up, but I just closed mine, had ! blinking, etc. Then gently 'slammed' the top cover and it reset and worked great.
Connect the printer dorectly to the wall outlet.try unplugging waiting for 30 seconds and replugging the printer.
Now check if you still face this issue then its a hardware malfunction with your printer no need to worry.
Call up hp at 1800-474-6836 and lets see what else can be done.
I keep getting an error with my photosmart D5160.
The display screen shows Err followed by the numbers 0,03,32,29,94,4d,dd,d6 flashing alternatively.
The red attention light is flashing and also the green light for the card reader. The only way I can switch off the printer is to unplug it,but the same error keeps reoccurring. I have reinstalled the printer but with no success.
Can anyone help please?
