My ezspa is set for 102. Every time the temperature reaches 97 degrees I get a 104 degree light on and continues to flash when the water temp is really 97. I reset it continuously. When it flashes 104 I loose all control of the control panel. Unable to turn it off or turn the light on or off.

Just installed new rs8pcb and temp sensor. Set at 104,only reaches 102, why?

Try calibrating your Jandy controller to the temperature of the heater. Temp sensor could be off by two degrees

My spa temperature light is blinking. It is set at 104 and the temperature is showing 118. Why is the temp blinking?

If you can contact your spa manufacturer they will usually send you the manual for your unit at no cost.
If the temperature is set at 104 it is at the high end of the safe temperature for a human. 102 is recommended, and 103 is OK for 15 to 20 minutes maximum.
If your spa is actually at 118 degrees, it could easily cause very severe medical heat distress. I would strongly recommend NOT using it until you can get the temperature down.
It's possible that the blinking light is a warning.

My indoor RS4 panel says the spa is heating, and then reached 101 degrees. But when we got in, it was only 97 degrees and the outdoor panel displayed 97 degrees. Everything else seemed to be working fine.

If the heater is set to 104 then this is probally your Aqualink temp sensor. This is mounted in a pipe with a stanless steel clamp holding it in place. If you follow the wire back to the controler box it just unplugs and the new one goes right back in. Easy to do and the part is inexpensive.

When I change the temp. setting it keeps heating at original temp

The keypad appears to working correctly.

When you alter the set temperature via the keypad the display will flash the temperature thats to be acheived, once it stops flashing the keypad will revert back to the current temperature of the water.

Hope that helps,
Ian.
