no year car told nor engine size there.
is this some 1995 or older car
is it in USA , our cars are totally different.
or radio code or on cluster error or ECU LED errors. for 1988

code 25 says its a clutch slip. it might very well mean that your clutch is slipping or starting to show signs of slippage. have it replaced by a certified mechanic.
