Aol will not help with new password
To access your AOL account, you need to enter some
information.
First, you need to enter your AOL user name or email
account.
Next, you need to enter the AOL password that you entered
when you first created your account. Once these two pieces of information are
entered, you can sign in to your account.
However, if you have forgotten or lost your AOL password,
you won't be able to access your account until you successfully reset your
password.
Navigate to http://bill.aol.com/ and notice the "Sign In" window to
the right of the screen.
Find the "Forgot Password" link under the
"Password" field. Click the link.
Type your email address or AOL user name into the "User
name or Email" field.
You'll also need to type the letters or numbers you see in
the image into the "Word in Image" field.
Click "Next."
Type the correct answer to your security question in the
"Your Answer" field.
Click "Next."
Provide the information for the "Billing Contact
Name," including first and last name.
This is the primary account holder for your AOL account.
Click "Next."
Answer the AOL security questions, which will ask for the
last four digits of your Social Security number.
Click "Next." At this point, your identity will be
verified.
Type in a new password on the next screen.
You'll need to retype the password to confirm.
Click "Next" and then click "Continue."
At this point, you will be able to sign in to
your account using the new password you created.
