It works very well but when it finishes, I open it and the botton has a lagoon, I suppose the drain is clog or some kind of pump isn't working.
Please someone help me.
Thanks!
First feel around the drain and see if there is something stuck inside the drain. then take a small amount of clorox2 powder and run it through a cycle. after that try jet dry. sometimes there is a grease build up or a lime build up that needs to be removed.
My dishwasher is not filling up with water. the cycle runs all the way but when it is on the wash cycle the soap tablet drops in the tub and yust stays there not being used.i also hear the water draining but no water going in. please help. its a magic chef.
Hi
F2 is a drain error and dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due
to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that
the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is
present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and
drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump
completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller &
clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the
complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps...
Please post back for any further assistance.

I just had the repairman out for this problem. My dishwasher is 10 years old and has been working perfectly. Turns out the heater was not working and that keeps the water in the dishwasher from exiting the tub. The water has to be a certain temperature to allow the dishwasher to run through it's cycles. Since the tub is not heating up correctly, the dishwasher is not draining. I had no clogs in either filter (I'm one of those people who rinse before loading). Am getting an estimate today on the cost of repair.
I fixed it, it was a piece of plastic fork with another dirt in the air gap, I only cleaned it and it is running very well !...
