My dishwasher Bosh Model SHU43C06UC has the drain clog

It works very well but when it finishes, I open it and the botton has a lagoon, I suppose the drain is clog or some kind of pump isn't working.
Please someone help me.
Thanks!

I just had the repairman out for this problem. My dishwasher is 10 years old and has been working perfectly.  Turns out the heater was not working and that keeps the water in the dishwasher from exiting the tub.  The water has to be a certain temperature to allow the dishwasher to run through it's cycles.  Since the tub is not heating up correctly, the dishwasher is not draining.  I had no clogs in either filter (I'm one of those people who rinse before loading).  Am getting an estimate today on the cost of repair.

I fixed it, it was a piece of plastic fork with another dirt in the air gap, I only cleaned it and it is running very well !...

First feel around the drain and see if there is something stuck inside the drain. then take a small amount of clorox2 powder and run it through a cycle. after that try jet dry. sometimes there is a grease build up or a lime build up that needs to be removed.

How I get to the drain pump to check if blocked on Bosh Logixx Variodrawer dishwasher please.

Pull the inlet hose off the drain pump to check for clogs. If this goes into a garbage disposal back flush the pump with a pressurized water source will also work. This means removing the unit from the house of course. Do you hear the drain pump running after a cycle completes?

I have a 1776 Asko model & it doesn't finish its cycle-code mesage f-2 keeps appearing. Can you help me out.

Hi
F2 is a drain error and dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

What would cause my dishwasher not to drain?

not sure if you have posted the model number of your dishwasher.

There are several reasons for dishwasher not to drain.

1. faulty drain pump
2. clogged kitchen sink drain
3. drain cycle is not reached due to faulty dishwasher controller
4. clogged drain hose
5. the wash cycle is not completed due to heater not heating water - (try rinse cycle to confirm)

Happy to help if you can provide some details on when the drain cycle is not working. do you get any alarms on dishwasher..etc.

Cycle finishes but water is not draining

Sounds like too much water leftover.

Give me a make and model number of the dishwasher.

Check that the drain hose isn't kinked, and that where the drain connects at the garbage disposal at the sink isn't partially clogged. And, is the garbage disposal clean/clear of food stuff's.
I had a similar thing happen to me a few weeks ago, and it turned out the kitchen sink drain line was clogged.

Water not draining

If the water doesn't drain from your dishwasher, check these:
  1. Drain line/air gap--A clog in this part is the usual reason that a dishwasher doesn't drain. Remove the drain line to clear any debris from the hose or hose connection at the household drain line connection. Reattach the hose before starting the dishwasher again.
  2. Pump--You can reach the pump from inside the dishwasher. Remove the lower rack, spray arm and support. Look for an impeller, a device that spins around and forces water through the spray arm. This is the wash impeller and beneath it is the drain impeller that pushes the water into the drain port. Replace it if found defective or worn out.
  3. Drain valve/solenoid---The drain valve may have a solenoid with lever that sticks or frozen and prevents the dishwasher from draining. Free up the solenoid and lubricate the lever.
  4. Belt---A certain brand of dishwasher uses a belt to drive the pump. Replace it if broken or worn out.
  5. Motor---Check it if turning or working.Turn the rotor manually to see if stuck and free it up. Replace if defective, it is not serviceable.

BOSCH DISHWASHER SHU43C06UC/17 NO WATER UPPER ARM

Ours is a SHU3300UC/06 model, basic model which we bought in 1999 so have had 9 years of trouble free service.
Recently we noticed that there was soap left in the soap dispenser after the machine had finished all the cycles. On further inspection we noticed that the upper level glasses, cups and bowels are not consistently clean and it appears that the upper washing arm is not working properly. At the back of the upper washer arm, there is a rectangular piece that slides over the two water outlet tubes projecting out of the back of the washer which supply H20 to the upper arm. On removing the upper arm and the rectangular connector, I noticed there is an inner place that I think is supposed to work like a washer that fits tightly over the 2 water outlet tubes in the protruding from the back of the washer. I noted that the upper opening in the washer/seal is broken so a proper seal is not established. This would cause insufficient water pressure getting to the upper arm and reduce its effectiveness. Now I'm trying to find the replacement part. It appears to be something than can easily be replaced.

BOSH won't stop draining

take your dishwasher out and look for a water at the base of your dishwasher.
If that is a water at the botton base, just dry the water and its ok.
if you dont find water at the botton base inside replace the water level system PN= 263834 at repairclinic.com, item# 935595 for 41.00 and that part goes in the left side of your dishwasher
