I don't have info for E6, but TOC error means it's not able to read the disc due to dirt, scratches, or other damage.

When I put a CD in i get a response as TOC ERR, but the radio works. No CD or MP3 works. Where do I take it for service in Hyderabad.

TOC error is not an error with the radio - it is telling you that a speaker is blown - or speakers wires are touching ground.

Inspect your speakers and wiring before sending out the unit.

Toc error

TOC is short for "table of contents". It tells the memory what is on the disc and where...... Does this do this on all cd's?? If so, the disc drive motor is probably at fault. If it's one or two discs, it's probably a scratched or smudge near the center of the disc. CD's play from the inside out.....they start with the TOC.

WHAT MEANS TOC ERR AND E-05?

TOC is Table of contents, sounds like you have a dirty CD or
the lens needs to be cleaned. Take it in to a professional to
have him clean it. Good Luck

Kenwood KDC-MP528 CD TOC ERR

Every one of those Kenwoods that I have fixed with that error needed the laser pick up replaced. so there is no easy fix for it.

If you have tried several disc's and they all have a TOC err, and you know the disc's are in decent condition, then you will need the pick up replaced.

First try cleaning the disc you are using. I use windex and a soft cloth like a bath towel, it works great at getting fingerprints and other stuff off the disc without scratching the disc. A bad fingerprint or a bad scratch right at the innermost part of the disc (where the TOC is located) will cause any CD player to not read the TOC, producing a TOC ERROR. you never know, you might get lucky.
