The recipe book for that model is really short, just a few pages long. I have an electronic copy. It is the same as the recipe book for the Regal model 6771. The best thing to do is to read any manuals you can find. The machines made by Hitachi will all basically work the same. The important thing to know is what size loaf your machine makes. Just look at other machines at the place you can buy them to get an idea of loaf size. Then find a recipe for the size you have in another manual. Run your basic cycle and note the times that different things happen.
You can deduce what is happening based on the information you glean from all the different manuals you read.
