Most likely nothing will work.
this model of led tv has a problem with failing capacitors . these are in the power supply.
there are kits to repair this problem but it's a big job and will take a novice a few hours ( you will have to have a working understanding of how to solder and de-solder and the tools needed)
A tv repair person will most likely charge a few hundred dollars to do the repair.
because this tv has this problem and a few others our shop would not even take on this job, the outcome would be questionable and then the set might need more work
this Tv is right around 10 year old.

I had the same problem and when I researched, I discovered that this particular model (864) had been recalled. I spoke with the company- who you may contact at 800-526-5377- and they sent me a shipping label to return the unit. They will either replace or repair. Hope this helps.

I have the same C315. It was supposed to ship with a proprietary dongle that connects to the TV port and converts it to a standard coaxial cable input. I never received the dongle either and am fighting with Lenovo to get them to ship one to me. I was initially told that I had to return the computer to Lenovo and they would ship me a new C315 as they had no means to send me ONLY the tv dongle. Well the new unit arrived WITHOUT THE DONGLE again. I share your frustration.

I'm not quite sure why the cable company would think that your tuner is bad, but yes you can get these. What are teh symptoms that make them think the tuner is bad?
