Hi, first try : delete pairing in both hf and your phone and then switch them off. Then do a new pairing again.Also would try update firmware on your phone.

I have the reverse problem. Callers can hardly hear me.
I saw a setting in the headunit that allows you to specify where the audio plays for incoming calls. You can choose the Left Front Speaker, the Right Front Speaker or Both. Check the manual and make sure its set to both.

Hi there.. block the incoming call barring feature. we can restrict incoming calls and
add prefered people who are allowed to call. this feature is present on
most sony ericsson phones.
to enable it go to settings->call
settings->manage calls->accept calls. add the allowed people
phone no.s in the list and turn on the "only from list" you will not get
call from people except one in the list.
