The converter will not convert. I have been trying to get some video on my e260 sinc March! It looks busy but nothing ever happens on the conversion progress bars. Then it stops and shows the conversion as unfinshed but does not state the error. I am currently wasting my life in e-discussions with Sansa. They suggest you do every thing to your player, reset, format, update firmware etc, when it is obvious to me that the Converter program is not able to convert. Why do we as consumers put up with this? The only real solution is buy an i-Pod! Unfortnately I hate them. The converter will not convert. I have been trying to get some video on my e260 sinc March!
