Performing a factory reset from settings

1. From the Home screen, press MENU , and then tap Settings.

Performing a factory reset using hardware buttons
If you can't turn HTC Rezound with Beats Audio on or access settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using the hardware buttons on HTC Rezound with Beats Audio.

1. Remove the battery, wait for a few seconds, then reinsert the battery.
2. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the POWER/LOCK button.
3. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the POWER/LOCK and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
4. Press VOLUME DOWN to select FACTORY RESET, and then press the POWER/LOCK button.

Resetting HTC Rezound with Beats Audio

If you've forgotten your screen lock pattern, you have up to five attempts to try and unlock HTC Wildfire S.

defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

The only resolution or work around for that is by enabling a pin lock or a pattern lock for your phone
This can be accomplished by going to settings > location &security> setup screen lock
Please setup one and your phone wont dare to make that accidental call again .
