Don't appart just take off the parts you can,put it in a plastic bag with rice in it ,put the parts of your phone in it let them stay for three days in it ,time to time shake the bag

Sounds like it's time for a new battery. Batteries have a certain number of cycles they can go through before they will no longer hold a charge. Part of that is determined by your charging habits; have you always let it go completely flat before recharging? If not, it will retain the life (charge) cycle at which you started recharging. This is usually explained in your owners manual.
Well. If you can't even turn on your galaxy then all you can do is to take it to someone who can repair it. If your cell phone has warranty then they should fix it. If you can run mobile phone sometimes then try to reset it and then see what happens.
Unless you have insurance from your provider or the boat you may have been on, it was best to take and dry out as best as possible and then place next to a low heat source and leave it apart as much as possible to dry out. We have had ours go through the washer and only do the same...bummer...
