My camera is not reconnized by the computer!

Please reinstall your camera drivers.Uninstall it first from the control panel add/remove programs and then with the disc provided to you install the drivers.

Simple....get a card reader and download to a folder you create on your desktop. From there, you can import the pics to iPhoto.

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your Mac.

the Mac normally recognizes the camera and launches iPhoto.
Try launching iPhoto, then plug in the usb cable. Make sure the connections are tight on the camera end of the cable.
