How do I get an approximate answer instead of a radical?

How do I get an approximate answer from a radical like the square root of 37 on a casio fx-115es?

    how do u get it to come up like that automatically without pressing [S<->D]?

Press the [S<->D] button. it's directly above the DEL key.

    You can also change the mode to STAT (press mode, then press 3, then I just pressed AC because I haven't used this mode yet). I don't like this mode as well though, because when you input fractions it doesn't do the "textbook display". I'm sure it also has other differences.

    I also just read that you can press SHIFT, then SETUP (in the upper right corner next to the ON button), and press 2 (LineIO)... and that changes it too.
