HTC internet setup - HTC S310

To connect to internet you need to make sure you have the correct data service available from your phone service provider.

For picture messages you would normally use the MMS service. Once again the setup of your phone service should allow it to work.
Please provide the details of your phone service company if you want some suggestions on the setup of these features on your HTC phone.

You can also check if your model of the phone needs a software update. This sometimes helps with making the phone work more reliable.

Just install Zune software , then connect the phone , go through the initial setup and then you will have the option there .. More info on the below user manual .

get internet settings from your service provider

The p3300 connects to the internet via Wi-Fi, GPRS or mobile phone network. Start with Settings>Connections>Connections and make your choice. you would need access and password information as well as private network information handy

Get in touch with your Airtel guys and ask them to guide you to Setup your GPRS on your phone :-)

sir hust you can download the setup.exe file via internet.......... go for the web www.htc.com....here you have to specify which is your phone and you can dowlnoad your pc suite..............or else contact your reatailer or showroom of htc

Browse the Web on your mobile: Download settings from your Service Provider...
Browse the Web on your Desktop PC using your mobile as a modem - Activate blue tooth on your mobile & your PC (If no internal blue tooth port like most Laptops) you will have to purchase a separate Blue tooth dongle and follow the setup instructions....hopes this makes sense.

Just insert your SIM and within few minutes you'll get settings as HTC devices have built in program for conection set up.
Or try this : Start-Settings-Connections-Conection Setup. It will retrieve settings automatically.

most applications can be downloaded to your computer. then setup an activesync connection and run the setup program. the pc will then install the software onto the phone over the activesync connection

1. Download AcitveSync 4.5 and install.
2. Establish partnership and ensure you are able to successfully synchronize your calendar etc. with handset.
3. No addition software required for using htc as modem. You need to have GPRS setup properly. you should be able to connect to any internet site.
4. On your handset, go to start->Programs->Internet sharing->Connect. ensure that you have choosen the proper internet sharing option.

It works for me this way.
