Yes, the "switch" (to redirect the water to the shower head) is not closing/sealing completely (when you are using the tub spout.) Depending on the spout (model), you may have to replace the part where the "switch" is located, e.g. the spout.
Hi, The spout can easily be replaced... Check for a set screw underneath back at the wall... If no set screw then simply twist the spout of by turning CCW... Then find a replacement spout at your local HD, Lowes< or hardware and reinstall the new one... The replacement spouts are so cheap that it is not worth trying to fix the old one..

everything available except the plastic smoothee container. I have the
smoothee spout. If you need it I can send it to you and you can just

selling the smoothee container, I doubt if they are selling other parts

at the spout near the base is an echeion ring. turn this counterclock wise then pull up ring to expose the neck,pull spout straight up.this echeion cap holds on the spout to the base there are plastic parts inside so be careful when pulling apart.
I am looking for the dispensing valve for my BackToBasic. I'm not sure but I think it is a 700. It is a black dispenser with a chrome base. Please let me know if this part can be replaced. I could settle for a white one but it would look like a "saddle on a donkey" as my husband would put it.
