You are going to need a schematic---the sync pulse either comes on a line from the high voltage transformer or the Jungle chip---my money would be a open resistor from the Flyback with that pulse for sync.
Have you got horizontal drive? There was a favourite quick repair on these TV's with that problem. The line driver coupling transformer had dry joints and in two cases the line oscillator/processor IC was poorly soldered and also one with the Xtal un soldered. Hope that helps.
Unfortunately, you need to have the original remote control to turn off parental control lock.You need to use original remote control to access menu and then turn off the control lock.There is no alternate way.If the remote is not working, you need to buy a used / new remote.You could buy it from :-
good day your tv has no transformer.the subtitute of transformer is avr or automatic voltage regulator. maybe your tv has a defect,either flyback transformer or the main board. has a shorted parts.
Screen and focus adjustments are integrated into the flyback transformer. Take the back off the set and you should see the two little knobs on the transformer. A little tweak of the screen control (it may be labeled "SCREEN" or "G2") will brighten things up. Just be careful. Working on an operating TV, especially in the horizontal output area, exposes potentially lethal voltages.
