Re: kenmore 64672 dryer gets hot but clothes still wet
You have a clogged wall vent or clogged dryer vent or a clogged lint trap, you are trapping all the hot wet air in the dryer and that's why it's taking so lont to dry-mike

Maybe your dryer is not drying!!!!!!!! Is it getting hot? Heat element ok? Maybe the washer is not doing a good enough job during the spin cycle and leaving clothing excessively wet.
You need to check your vent, or your vent system in your dryer. You also need to check to see if your clothes are tumbling. If not then your belt could be broke. Good luck!
VentFrequently there's an obstruction in the vent duct
from the dryer to the outside of the house. For the dryer to heat
properly, the duct must be clean and clear of lint or any other
substance. Heating elementYour dryer's heating element may be partially
burned out. If it is, your dryer still heats, but at such a low
temperature that it takes three or four times as long to dry the
clothes. If the element is partially burned out, replace it.hope this help you out sincerely D.Jones
no make listed here...I would pull the hose off the back of dryer and see if a lot of air is blowing out of vent. if not, heres your answer a clogged filter area ..if air blowing out leave vent hose off and dry clothes with vent off for one cycle. if clothes dry with vent hose off..you have a venting issue and need your vent cleaned out...
I managed to solve the problem the following way:
I noticed that if you unplug the Sensor-NTC(part nimber 154431 https://www.bosch-eshop.com/eshop(bD1lbiZjPTAwOQ==)/bosch/gb/prodp.htm?prod=WET2820GB%2f13 ) that controls temperature of air in the air channel, the drying cycle runs as you describe above. So this circute was checked up to the power module. Contacts of the Sensors plug were tightened; I think this solved the problem; resistance of the sensor checked. It must be 4.8K at 25 degree C. and decrease when temperature increases. I dipped the sensor in a glass with hot water.
