Have a 9100 life fitness treadmill, runs for a few minutes then stops?
Sounds like you need a new lower board replacement. You can get that for that treadmill by call lifefitness or sportsmith.com Please rate me good

This can also be due to excessive resistance on the motor which is caused by a worn belt and/or deck. Run the treadmill without getting on it and see if it still stops, if it doesn't stop without you on it then either there isn't enough current getting to the motor (this treadmill should be using a dedicated circuit) or the belt and/or deck need to be replaced. If it still stops then it could be the motor controller or the board in the motor compartment.
It could be that your stop switch is not returning all the way. . With the machine off, tap the stop switch several times, then vacuum it to remove any loose debris. Put a little WD40 or other lubricant on a paper towel, then rub the paper towel on the edges of the switch. This should fix it.
Iv had similar problems, but it was when i had a lot of electricity being used at the house - every time i switched it on after a few mins it would go off.
iv read to dismantle the stop switch, clean and replace the microswitch. where can the microswitch be found from?
also, is the red stop switch that needs looking at?
also, which spring could do with replacing? as per post above?
You need to dismantle stop switch ,clean, replace micro switch and reassemble.replace spring if damaged or rusted also.

The treadmill runs fine for 30 minutes and then stops with an error. I recently replaced the blown fuse with a 15 amp fuse, but I am not sure if it should have been a 10 amp fuse instead.
turned on today and it has a motor comm error...where do we start with troubleshooting
