Try http://www.yournewdriver.com/v/viewsonic_corp/ or try downloading an application called Everest, you can get a 30 Day trail period. The application will identify your device and give you a link as to where you can download the driver or choose that the application update the driver for you. Be sure to make a back up of your drivers and write them to cd to keep them for future help.

Viewsonic VX2025wm just went dead. No power light, nothing.
If you are going to DIY and have proper tools and know safety precaution then please read on:
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed VIEWSONIC VX series monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

Resolution set too high ..no picture cant get safe mode to work up down arrow buttons wont move ..computer wants to start normal...cant get into computer with no monitor display ...help...brand new...
Sounds like you need to boot up in VGA mode instead of Safe Mode

Step 1. Power Down your computer.

Step 2. Powwer on your computer and press F8 to enter Safe Mode

Step 3. Instead of selecting Safe Mode, Select VGA mode.

Step 4. Once in Windows, uninstall your graphics card for your Monitor.

Step 5. Restart your machine, when you log back in Windows will reinstall the drivers for your monitor.

I have a ViewSonic VX2025wm who works for only 2 sec after going black when it's working with VGA. I ordered a cable for DVI to see if it works on DVI. my question: is the whole monitor damaged or just...

Suddenly my viewsonic vx2025wm went blank with streaks of vertical colors. All inputs. HELP!
sounds like it burned out. there is no easy way to repair this. best solution is to get a new one or if you still have under warranty, check it out. it's too costly to repair it. it's cheaper to buy one.
