Sc 324 refers to load on the developing or drum unit. Common proble with this mp series. Please ensure that your developing unit turn smoothly by rotating the drive gear by hand.
If u feel an abnormal load.. u cld remove the paddle roller in the developing unit and check the bearing and bush that attached the the paddle roller. Ckean and lubricate the bearing if needed.
Sc 324 will reset by turning off and on the copier
