The Japanese Language Support Package is required

The PDF document contains data in Japanese and needs the support package to display the correct Japanese characters. This is common with files on websites of Japanese companies even thought the document may contain English language also. You can simply cancel and then view the document English text but the Japanese text will not be displayed and you will see various garbage and blank spaces instead. Alternatively, you could simply install the support package. This will then enable Acrobat reader to correctly display Japanese characters. Note: you can also get a similar message if you access a document in Chinese which will then prompt you to install the Chinese support package!

Installing hp pos pole display

Download the HP Pole Display Windows OPOS package (sp42198) which will install both the Windows drivers for the device and the OPOS drivers for the device.
The following is the Windows Device Manager screenshot after all the drivers are loaded for the HP USB Pole Display:

Note: The pole display driver will automatically assign the next available virtual port in the system.

HP Pole Display Setup Software Utility

Download sp41532 - HP USB Line Display Configuration Utility from HP website.
Run the file and the Utility will come up as shown below
The COM Port would always be COM1.
