The new Scrubbling Bubbles design, which contains a smaller bar area to hang from the shower head, cannot be usednwith my shower head as it interferes with the detachable hose. The old Scrubbing Bubbles design worked perfectly and was used for many years. However, the device has now stopped working. Can I obtain the old Scrubbing Bubbles design from anywhere? It is a shame they changed the design that is inconvenient for at least some.

Take the gasket to your local hardware store and have them match it up.The answer is no, the gasket is not supposed to be split. It was probably tightened too much.

The shower is coming up with low pressure soon as you turn on checked filters all ok

Hello,

Remove the shower head and check the water flow. If it is good, look inside the head for a restrictor that is designed to reduce the flow rte. It can be either rubber or plastic, with a smaller hole than the inside diameter of the pipe. Remove the restrictor and re-install, making sure that you still have a rubber washer to prevent leakage.

New shower head, we have VERY LOW water pressure..is there any way to help? My husband tossed instructions.

Typically with shower heads, my rule of thumb is.... Greater the surface area, the worse the pressure. If it is a multiple setting shower head, try a different setting or try a smaller shower head.

Don't know how to use carpet shampooer

You should have the new aquamate, it has a blue top to fill with the water and water/soap solution that pops down into place. You will need to use your power nozzle hose and tube, connect it to your shampooer (make sure to connect the power connection just like the power nozzle). Fill your water up, large compartment is for cold water only and the smaller compartment is for one cap full of soap then the rest filled with cold water. Start with just a splash of water or an empty basin in the rainbow. The trigger will control your water spray and the brush underneath. There are two levers on the back of the shampooer marked with a shower head and a bar of soap. Use the soap with the shower head and the soap on and the water only with just the shower head on. You will want to also go over the area shampooed with both off to **** up the remaining water. Make sure to clean your floor thoroughly before shampooing.

Walk in shower leak into room below

I would unscrew shower head pipe and either pipe dope it or tefilon the threads and then reinstall it. I would also take the handle(s) rosettes off and look for a leak from there with a flashlight, while shower is on. I believe the most comon leak for walk in showers are the door seals. Are you sure it is not coming out from under the door? Another test that yuo may want to preform is to Stopper the drain, fill the shower pan with water and watch for bubbles, or look for leaks from below.
