there is no globe sim card puk code each sim card has it own puk code you need to contact the sim card company you are trying to unlock and give them the number that is on the sim card. if the sim number as been put in wrong 3 times it will be blocked and the only way to unblock it is as said before. they can ask you the last place or number you last phoned to confirm you are the owner of the sim or were you were when the phone was last turned off and on etc so try to remember.

you may call your network provider regarding on this Dial 211 on your cellphone. The operator will assist you by telling that your SIM was blocked and it need a PUK code.

you must provide the Number at the back of your SIM card, you will require to give this to them, to be able to retrieve the PUK code for that SIM.

you need to get the puk code from the owner company of the sim card. Globe? prepaid card? get a new sim card if you can't get a puk code, since you might aswell cut it into parts and throw out from the window then.
